Roster Requirements

Read the Tournament Rules and Check-in Requirements

Most tournaments will allow a roster verified and signed by the Club Registrar (Anita) in lieu of player cards

Some Rosters will have a specific Roster Template they want you to use. Check with our office if we have made arrangements with the tournament

NOTE: Check with your Head Coach if you do not have enough players available. The Head Coach will work with other coaches in your age group and their DOC to combine teams so that all players available have a team to play with.

GotSport, Tournament Instructions & Tips

Instructions & Tips

Work with your Head Coach on Tournament Selection & Schedule
Head Coach should determine the LEVEL your team should register for
Tournament Cost - will be divided between the families on the team
- Entry Fee in the tournament (there may be a GotSport or credit card processing fee, be sure you have the total amount)
- Review the Expense Policy to determine Per Diem/Mileage for the Head Coach
- Parking Fee - if the venue has a parking fee you will need to cover this for coach and let your families know

GotSport Instructions

Most tournaments use a platform called GotSport. If the tournament is a GotSport tournament

All Teams are part of the Westside Metros FC Club Account

DO NOT CREATE YOUR OWN TEAM
Do not change the name of the team in GotSport
You must get your log-in from Anita Bing - anita.bing@wsmetros.org
DO NOT download the GotSport App to register - do not pay $99 to link your team
GO DIRECTLY TO THE TOURNAMENT'S WEBSITE
- Register for the event through the REGTRATION LINK on the tournament website
- This will add your team in their EVENT
