GotSport is the registration platform used by MOST Tournaments.
Westside Metros FC has its own Club Account and each team has its own log-in
DO NOT CREATE YOUR OWN GOTSPORT Team or Account!
Please ask the office for your log-in credentials.

------------------------Some Rosters will have a specific Roster Template they want you to use. Check with our office if we have made arrangements with the tournament

Westside Metros and Portland City United partner to bring you the Annual 4v4 Tournament - all games are at the main THPRD Complex.
ALL Premier Development Teams (U9 & U10) - should plan on registering - this is included in the players Club Fees (each team can register a maximum of 2 teams in the 4v4).
Maximum Roster size is 8 and players can only play on ONE Team during the tournament

Westside Metros FC - Tournament
ALL Westside Metros Teams should plan on attending
Entry Fee is included in the Players Club Fee (no discount or refund if team does not participate)
NOTE: Check with your Head Coach if you do not have enough players available. The Head Coach will work with other coaches in your age group and their DOC to combine teams so that all players available have a team to play with.

Work with your Head Coach on Tournament Selection & Schedule
Head Coach should determine the LEVEL your team should register for
Tournament Cost - will be divided between the families on the team
Entry Fee in the tournament (there may be a GotSport or credit card processing fee, be sure you have the total amount)
Review the Expense Policy to determine Per Diem/Mileage for the Head Coach
Parking Fee - if the venue has a parking fee you will need to cover this for coach and let your families know

Most tournaments use a platform called GotSport.
If the tournament is a GotSport tournament follow instructions below
All Teams are part of the Westside Metros FC Club Account
DO NOT CREATE YOUR OWN TEAM
Do not change the name of the team in GotSport
You must get your log-in from Anita Bing - anita.bing@wsmetros.org
DO NOT download the GotSport App to register - do not pay $99 to link your team
GO DIRECTLY TO THE TOURNAMENT'S WEBSITE
Register for the event through the REGTRATION LINK on the tournament website
This will add your team in their EVENT
