Login Credentials
You should have your username and password from the previous season.
If you are in doubt, contact the Westside Metros Office.
Please DO NOT create a new account. The office staff can help you recover your username.The password reset feature in Affinity/Sport Connect does not work, Please contact the office for a new password.
NOTE: If you encounter issues logging in with the updated login process in Affinity, try using the Login with USERNAME option instead of the Login with EMAIL option. The username login option is located below the blue Login with email button.

Since you are already on your child's profile in Affinity/Sports Connect,
we will create your login info, please contact the Office.Please check with us first if you have never done a background check for any OYSA soccer program
We can pull your log in credentials and reset your password if necessary

Background checks must be completed through the link below. This is the portal into Westside Metros' part of Affinity, that allows us to card players and staff and create your team as well as print cards etc.
Access Affinity/Sports Connect
Copy or follow this link: oysa-westsidemetros.sportsaffinity.com
Select the BLUE "Registration" button located at the upper right-hand corner of the OYSA website. DO NOT click "Login" on the homepage (see photo on the right)
This will take you to Background Check part and this is where you will login
NOW you can LOGIN - enter your username and password and click Login.
Completing the Background Check in Affinity/Sports Connect
Select 2025/2026 Fall Season
Click Register as Coach or/Admin
Click Continue
Click Register as Coach or/Admin (next to your name)
Select a play level from the drop down list select COMPETITIVE
Click Save & Next Page
Review and agree to the ELAs
Click Agree and Continue
You will need to select "background check" which will require you to enter your Social Security number and Driver's License number
Click No Payment Due (the club will be billed for adult registration)
