BEFORE you start this Step - make sure you have the following ready to upload:  

• • SafeSport Certificate - MUST be dated on or after February 1, 2025

  • Headshot Photo - This photo will be used for your team admin card in Affinity (the State Registration/Carding System)

    • Please no hats, sunglasses, or masks in the photo

    • We will crop the photo from the shoulders up as needed

• Login to register - Use the same Demosphere credentials you used to register your player for the season.
  Please DO NOT create a new account.

• Select "Register Team Staff/Volunteer" (Step 1.3)

• Select "Coaches and Volunteer Registration" from the drop down (Step 2.1)

• Select yourself as the household member to register (Step 2.2)

  • Answer the questions and upload your documents. 

  • On Step 3.1, select "NO, PROCEED TO NEXT STEP"

• Proceed all the way through the 'payment' page - no fee for this registration

• You should receive an order confirmation email once you have completed the registration.
