Westside Metros FC (the “Club”) recognizes that when teams travel for tournaments or other team events, coaches traveling with the team will incur expenses that are the responsibility of the team. As such, this policy is intended to clarify what expenses are reimbursable by the team and the limits of those reimbursements.

This policy defines Club standards for reimbursement of a coach’s travel expenses through the individual team. Although a team may exceed this policy, it should only do so under unusual circumstances. No coach should expect greater reimbursement than what is allowed by this policy.
