Welcome to Westside Metros Volunteer Registration!

You will need to complete all 3 steps and can access each step from the Registration drop-down menu above or the quick link buttons on the left.

Step #1  Background Check - you must complete a background check for each new season. 

• If you have completed a background check through the Affinity platform for OYSA, please be sure you use your same login information. 

• If you are new to OYSA or are unsure email amanda.sigler@wsmetros.org and we will give you login information.

Step #2  SafeSport Course - all instructions are on the SafeSport page.

• If you completed the SafeSport Course prior to February 2, 2023 you are required to take the Refresher Course.

• If you have not completed it before you will need to take the entire course.

• BE SURE YOU UPLOAD YOUR MOST CURRENT SAFESPORT CERTFICATE in step #3.

Step #3  Demosphere Registration - After you have done both the Background Check and SafeSport Certification, you will register as a volunteer in Demosphere and upload your headshot photo and SafeSport PDF. Once completed you are done with your Volunteer Registration!
