Westside Metros teams are encouraged to conduct fundraising to benefit their teams and have the option of determining their own fundraising activities for the season. The Club does provide some club wide fundraising opportunities (Bottle Drop), but teams are allowed to take part in other fundraising opportunities with club approval.
Fundraising is a great way to help offset the cost of tournaments and travel fees. This page is dedicated to giving you the resources you need to have a successful fundraiser for your team. You can also request access to resources for advertising your events.
To submit your fundraiser for approval, please fill out the form below or simply include your name, the team name that wants to host the fundraiser, a deadline if there is one and of course the fundraiser idea and send it to our Fundraising Team at jason.bing@wsmetros.org and amanda.sigler@wsmetros.org.
Requests are reviewed every Thursday. You will receive a response by the end of the following Monday for most events. Please note that all fundraisers MUST be approved by the Westside Metros FC President before you can run them.
Contact our office with an overview of your Fundraising Plan so we can submit it for Approval.
